About You  

As a member of the Pre-sales Department, you will focus on business transformation related to Sales, Account Management. You will guide clients in their digital transformation journeys including customer experiences online and offline, Marketing Automation, Social CRM, CDP, Analytics, Technology, CRM. Our services target Asia Pacific markets including China market specifically in some cases. You will have the chance to work with clients from Asian markets such as Singapore, and Hong Kong, as well as globally for Europe and the US.  

Responsibilities 

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT & PROJECT MANAGEMENT 

  • Develop new business (+ upsell / cross-sell) with existing clients, partners and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas  
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client & partner relationships  
  • Identify and research potential partners, both regionally (APAC) and China specifically  
  • Evaluate partnership opportunities and negotiate agreements to align with ITC business objectives 
  • Develop a comprehensive partnership & account strategy and roadmap 
  • CRM management, including: 
  • Maintain, update, and cleanse the CRM database to ensure data accuracy and opportunity management 
  • Use existing customer data from CRM to gain new leads and opportunities 
  • Implement and optimize sales strategies (Sales Playbook) to achieve revenue and growth targets 
  • Create reports and analytics on a weekly and monthly basis to provide insights into sales and detect areas for optimization 
  • Manage multiple clients’ digital transformation initiatives end-to-end with ITC’s strategic pillars consisting of BI & Infrastructure Integration, Marketing Automation, WeChat Consultation & Activation 
  • Work with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Baidu Tongji, WeChat, Power BI etc.) to extract data and provide insights on analytics reports 
  • Contribute to the development of client strategies and experiences across digital channels  
  • Other ad-hoc requests from management 

LEAD GENERATION, MQL & SQL MANAGEMENT 

  • Generate leads via LinkedIn, attending networking events and other channels 
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients 
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Sales team to evaluate and qualify Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) 
  • Work closely with Head of Sales, Head of Strategy & Consulting, Head of Production and other teammates to convert MQLs into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) 
  • Implement lead scoring and nurturing strategies to optimize lead conversion rates 
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from pre-sales activities to closing deals 
  • Understand how to read, debrief clients’ RFP (request for proposals) and involve necessary team members for RFP answers and submissions  
  • Build detailed strategy + tech proposals via Keynote/PowerPoints to pitch for the clients  
  • Present ITC services, strategic recommendations, and roadmaps to clients  
  • Negotiate contracts, budgets and close agreements to maximize profits  

Requirements 

Must have: 

  • Proven work experience as a Pre-sales Consultant, Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role  
  • For Senior role, having worked with some of the top brands and having managed very big projects 
  • Proactivity, detailed orientation, strong analysis, critical thinking, and solution-designing skills  
  • Excellent fluency in English (writing – speaking – listening – reading) 
  • Ability to “connect the dots” and figure things out   
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to deal with RFP (request for proposals) and RFQ (request for proposals)  
  • Advanced Keynote/PowerPoint and visualization skills   
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level  
  • Working experience and knowledge in the related IT field are expected for this position, preferably in: Consulting; Project Management; CRM; Cloud technologies; System integration  
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail  
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities  
  • You show a keen interest in technology and understand how it can be used to enable business processes 
  • You are a flexible and dynamic team player  
  • You feel comfortable in new environments and are not afraid to speak up  

Nice to have: 

  • Knowledge of Mandarin (listening + speaking + reading + writing) is a plus  
  • Client engagement experience and existing knowledge about China and APAC region is highly regarded  
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot), and MS Office (particularly MS Excel) is a plus 
  • Google Analytics certification   
  • Experience with Tableau and other analytics tools 
  • Digital experience systems like Adobe Campaigns or Dot Digital or equivalent  
  • Experience with Digital transformation/Marketing automation/WeCom/Omnichannel user journeys is a plus
