About This Position
As the Head of Digital Strategy and Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital transformation journey of our clients. This position demands a deep understanding of business strategy, technology trends, and a track record of successfully guiding the company through complex digital transformations. You will lead a dynamic team of consultants, collaborate closely with clients, and spearhead strategic endeavors to deliver impactful solutions that foster business growth and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Strategy & Consulting team’s P&L. Implement strategies to optimize profitability and resource allocation while maintaining service excellence.
- Lead, mentor, and guide the Strategy and Consulting team in formulating and executing digital transformation strategies, while providing cohesive leadership and vision.
- Drive company expansion by comprehending various lead acquisition strategies within the Presales team and instituting frameworks for effective execution.
- Construct digital proposals for clients, employing competitive analysis, business goal assessment, customer needs evaluation, user persona creation, user journey mapping, and delivering strategic, actionable recommendations.
- Monitor client satisfaction metrics to enhance their experience and cultivate long-term partnerships.
- Cultivate partner relationships to facilitate project delivery and foster business expansion.
- Familiarize yourself with the Social CRM Tools utilized by ITC, and advise clients on Engagement, Personalization, and Conversion strategies.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
- Monitor Strategy and Consulting project milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
- Contribute to the formulation of client strategies with both public and private traffic focus.
- Manage client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Develop new business (+ upsell / cross-sell) with existing clients, partners and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Provide regular financial reports and insights of gross margins to identify areas for optimization and cost efficiency.
- Continuously research industry trends and technologies, implementing best practices to streamline workflows and enhance performance.
- Contribute to the expansion of departmental service offerings by researching, analyzing, and learning the latest solutions available in the Chinese market pertinent to our business.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of leadership experience in digital transformation consultancy or related fields, with a track record of driving significant business growth and managing complex projects.
- Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to communicate effectively and present ideas to diverse audiences.
- Ability to do change management with senior directors
- Proven success in surpassing sales targets and cultivating strategic partnerships, with a deep understanding of WeCom, CRM, sCRM, MA, and clienteling strategies.
- Salesforce knowledge or certification is a major plus
- Extensive experience in luxury retail is a big plus, with a solid understanding of industry-specific challenges and trends.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and strategic decision-making abilities, with a focus on building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to mentor and develop team members while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
