About This Position
We are seeking a motivated and strategic Digital Transformation Consultant to join our team. This individual will collaborate with senior stakeholders to support the development and implementation of digital transformation strategies by focusing on the operational execution and detailed analysis of key initiatives. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in driving impactful projects forward and contributing to the achievement of broader business objectives.
The role is based in our Shanghai offices and reports to the Production Director, and/or Managing Director.
Responsibilities

Strategy & Consulting Project Support:
- Contribute to the execution of digital transformation projects by conducting research, gathering data, and analyzing information.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other project documentation with guidance from senior consultants.
- Take initiative in identifying and addressing project needs, escalating challenges as appropriate.
- Contribute to the implementation of omnichannel strategies by researching best practices and industry trends.
- Develop omnichannel content and materials for various platforms, incorporating feedback from senior consultants.
- Track and analyze performance metrics related to omnichannel initiatives, reporting findings to the team.

UI/UX and Change Management Consulting:
- Participate in organizing design thinking workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for client solutions.
- Assist in conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights for UI/UX design improvements.
- Support the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and other design deliverables.

Pre-Sales and Client Engagement:
- Contribute to the craft of compelling pre-sales presentations and strategic proposals for senior stakeholders.
- Develop detailed quotations and roadmaps that align with client objectives and deliverables.
- Assist in the preparation of client workshops and meetings by coordinating logistics and materials.
- Actively participate in client meetings, taking clear and concise notes to document discussions and outcomes.
- Conduct client research and analysis to develop an understanding of their business needs and challenges.
Requirements
Professional Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in digital transformation, strategy consulting, or related fields.
- Strong experience and execution ability in the development of omnichannel strategies for global brands.
- Experience in conducting large-scale market research and competitor analysis.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital transformation principles and tools.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to understand and influence senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of eCommerce, CRM, and digital marketing trends.
- Familiarity with tools and methodologies for design thinking and change management.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or certifications in digital transformation or strategy are a plus.
Nice to have:
- Experience in Southeast Asian and Chinese markets is highly advantageous.
- Native Chinese speaker is highly desired.
- Background in consulting with Fortune 500 companies or global brands.
