What You Will Get Out of This Position  

As a Design Assistant at ITC, you’ll work on real, high-impact design projects across digital platforms, including web and mobile. You’ll collaborate with seasoned UI/UX designers, strategists, and developers to create intuitive, elegant experiences for global brands. From ideation to execution, you’ll have the chance to contribute to user flows, wireframes, mockups, and visual systems that bring concepts to life. 

Responsibilities 

  • Assist in user interface and experience design across digital platforms (web/mobile) 
  • Support in research, competitive benchmarking, and user journey mapping 
  • Help build design assets: mockups, wireframes, style guides, and presentations 
  • Work closely with designers and developers to bring ideas to life 
  • Participate in team brainstorming, reviews, and internal critiques 

Requirements 

  • A design student or recent graduate in Visual Communication, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field 
  • Familiar with tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or other prototyping software 
  • A good eye for aesthetics, typography, and layout 
  • Curious, collaborative, and open to feedback 
  • Bonus: understanding of basic HTML/CSS or interest in product thinking
