Position Overview

As a Salesforce Consultant at IT Consultis, you will be a key player in delivering Salesforce-driven digital transformation initiatives for our luxury retail clients. You will utilize your expertise to understand client needs, provide strategic advice, and implement innovative Salesforce solutions. The successful candidate will be a proactive and dynamic professional with a passion for delivering high-impact consulting services, specifically within the Salesforce ecosystem. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges, providing strategic advice and recommendations with a focus on Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement Salesforce-driven digital transformation strategies.
  • Conduct market research and stay abreast of Salesforce and industry trends, providing insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to educate clients on Salesforce best practices and capabilities.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, ensuring the successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for business growth and development in the Salesforce domain.

 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Consultant with a focus on Salesforce in the digital transformation or IT consulting industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, specifically within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Experience in driving revenue through clienteling is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with the luxury retail industry is advantageous.
