  • Find the best talents at the best price to bring the best ROI to ITC and to its clients

  • Participate and implement recruitment base on the business requests

  • Find the database of qualified candidates according to the job requirement

  • Review, select qualified applicants and organize test, interview

  • Manage the communication and discussion with candidate throughout the recruitment process

  • Participate in the offer and negotiation step

  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of the need to be ready to fill all hiring request in time

  • Research, recommend and improve the recruitment process, approach, channels to bring the best efficiency

  • Research, propose and attend the career fairs, recruitment events for recruitment purpose

  • Actively attend the meet-up, conference or direct channel for branding and seek the candidate directly due to the high recruitment need

  • Act as ITC ambassador internally and externally

Must have

  • Have the same personal values as ITCer: Quality, Integrity, People, Innovation, Accountability, Resilience

  • Have 2-3 years experience in Digital Recruitment

  • Good understanding of the industry, job requirement, and the technical competency

  • Have an active and updated database of potential candidates

  • Have a network with candidates in China

  • Experience in outsourcing services or recruitment agency is a plus

  • Excellent communication, negotiation skills

  • Hard work and result oriented

  • Native Chinese speaker

  • Good English, another additional language is a plus

Nice to have

  • Experience in using Gmail, GG Drive, Trello, Slack

  • Experience with  related positions: Web Developer, Mobile Developer, PM, QA/QC, Designer

  • Familiar with Mac OS, Keynote

  • Knowledge in web, e-commerce, digital

  • Have a network with candidates in Singapore, Vietnam and other countries
